How much does the membership cost?
The membership is $9 per month and renews automatically unless canceled.

What do I get with my membership?
Members receive exclusive access to bi-weekly launches featuring curated pallets of off-price, brand-name products. Launches are available to active members only.

Do I need an active membership to purchase inventory?
Yes. An active membership is required at the time of purchase to access and buy from any launch.

How often are launches?
Launches take place every two weeks. Inventory is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I see inventory before becoming a member?
Launch details and purchasing access are available only to active members.

Are items guaranteed or can I choose specific products?
No. Inventory is sold as assorted pallets. Items will vary by style, size, color, and category. Specific item requests cannot be accommodated.

Are purchases refundable or exchangeable?
All inventory purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time. Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

Is this membership a contract?
No. This is a month-to-month membership with no long-term commitment.

Is inventory restocked?
No. Each launch is limited-quantity. Once inventory sells out, it will not be restocked.
